Why join us? • Lead from the front: Shape the security strategy across all four of our core financial product lines working alongside global teams and key stakeholders. • Be a change maker: Play a critical role in building a DevSecOps culture, embedding security into every stage of the development lifecycle, and driving innovation. • Leave your mark: Help design and implement zero-trust security principles and lead the secure migration of workloads to AWS. • Collaborate globally: Work with distributed teams, and beyond to transform security posture.   What you’ll do: • Lead the development and implementation of our cloud security strategy, ensuring workloads in AWS (and some Azure) are secure, resilient, and future-ready. • Collaborate with product leads, solution architects, and the Head of Information Security to embed security by design across all initiatives. • Build and champion a DevSecOps culture by designing automated security pipelines and shifting security left. • Mentor junior security analysts, uplifting their skills and expertise in cloud security. • Play an influential role in shaping the organisation’s zero-trust implementation and future security roadmap. • Identify gaps in our current cloud security posture and drive initiatives to mitigate risks.   What you bring: • Multiple years experience in software development or cloud infrastructure roles, with at least 2+ years in security design or architecture. • Expertise in cloud security, particularly in the AWS security stack with a working knowledge of Azure. • Experience with implementing a DevSecOps culture and best practices with a forwardx thinking mind towards automation • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and inspire confidence with multiple stakeholders both technical and non-technical • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, SANS) are highly regarded.   What’s in it for you? • Influence: Play a key role in defining the security direction for a major financial services organisation. • Growth: Work on cutting-edge cloud transformation projects while developing your leadership and strategic skills. • Impact: Your expertise will shape the security posture of an organisation delivering innovative products to customers. • Collaboration: Join a globally distributed, supportive team that values innovation, agility, and excellence.
